Okyl

"No one enters this mine without my permission."

Okyl introduces himself simply as the man in charge of the Cauldron when the Hero asks who he is. He challenges the Hero on sight, demanding to know what he's doing there since he's not one of his boys, and makes clear strangers need his approval for anything: when the Hero asks to look around, Okyl allows it only on condition of no trouble, since the Cauldron is his patch and he likes it quiet.

He is especially strict about the mine and gatehouse, warning that no one enters without his permission and that anyone who tries anyway is a dead man. When the Hero asks outright for permission to enter, Okyl refuses, pointing out he doesn't even know him, "why by Beliar would I let you in?", and dismisses him to go bother someone else.
