Kirgo

"If you manage to beat me, he'll notice."

Kirgo fights in the arena and introduces himself plainly, noting the Hero probably already guessed as much. Eager for outside news since it has been over a month since the last newcomer arrived, he's willing to trade a beer for stories, chatting about the Hero's two months locked in a dungeon before being thrown into the Colony.

When the Hero explains he wants to fight to make a name for himself, Kirgo reads between the lines, guessing he's really trying to impress Scatty, one of the old hands around here, and confirms that beating him would get noticed. He adds that truly impressing Scatty would mean besting Kharim or Gor Hanis instead, though he doubts the Hero is ready, warning they're probably too strong for him. Asked if he's any good himself, Kirgo says he hasn't fought long but has already won a couple of fights, and he's willing to spar whenever the Hero is ready, opening the match with "may the better fighter win!"
