Bullit recognizes the Hero as someone he has beaten before, greeting him as the freshie he baptized and asking if he wants another beating. When challenged directly, he happily agrees to fight, telling the Hero to bring it on. In a later encounter he regrets not finishing the job the first time, muttering "Beliar's arse, I shoulda just drowned you that day," and vows not to hold back this time around.
